Our 5 step process
STEP 1 - You instruct us by either Email or Telephone
STEP 2 - One of our team will arrange a mutually convenient time to visit your property to conduct a full survey.
STEP 3 - Survey of the property. To prevent any unnecessary delay we recommend any pets that may cause nuisance are suitably restricted from the survey area until the inspection has been completed. If you cannot be present for the inspection please ensure that all internal rooms, including utility rooms, attic areas and basement areas are unlocked/accessible. This also applies to outhouses that contain your boiler. Our surveyors are restricted to carrying out non-intrusive surveys to prevent any damage to your property.
STEP 4 - Following inspection of the property the energy efficiency of the building will be calculated using our approved and fully accredited software
STEP 5 - An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) will be sent to you, or your Estate Agent, by email or post.
